Being a contented woman across the lifespan requires frequently peeking beneath the layers of life we have amassed, occasionally reassessing, deconstructing then rebuilding. 20 years of working specifically with women has gifted me a unique understanding of the nuanced lifespan needs of my female clientele and what evidence-based approaches actually work as well developing my own protocols.
Being adults, we forget how profound adolescent struggles feel. We often overlook the importance of our teens passing through life challenges in a complete and successful way in order to have a strong empowered sense of self moving into adulthood. I often meet with older adolescents and if desired, bring the family together in order to achieve greater understanding and true connection between the generations. My teens leave their time with me having been asked key questions about who they are and who they want to be as they walk through this life. I encourage parents when they reach out to ask any philosophical questions/ concerns needed before they trust me with their "baby".

My goal for my single clients is that they discover who they are, what they want and "advertise" as such. You are going to present yourself as you are. I will help you. No more wasted time playing the "I'll play it this way" game. Don't spend weeks chatting over the apps and emails, you don't have time for that. I'll help you to ask questions that are important to your future, meet in person sooner so that you can either have a match or move on to the next. The processes is exhausting so let's conserve your energy so you don't have to take "dating breaks".

Over the years I've had the privilege of working with women well into their 80s. I don't know how it started, but this beautiful phenomenon became more and more regular. My women perhaps lost their spouse or a best friend and looked around and thought, "I wonder who I could be now?" Just by asking the right questions, some never asked of them before, they unfolded and bloomed into women that they may have never known they had the option to be.
